4.2 Withdrawal Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — calculated on the bonus funds only, not the deposited amount. Example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The terms announced at the time of claiming a bonus must be followed in full.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Funds deposited through methods other than bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer are not eligible for bonuses.
• fbc88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If evidence of bonus term violation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

The following general rules apply to all games and betting activities on fbc88:

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. fbc88 reserves the right to change these limits.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All odds must be confirmed before placing a bet. If an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to fbc88's own settlement policy.

6.3 Live Casino & Slots

6.4 Dispute Resolution

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbc88 platform:

• Attempting to earn bonus funds through fraudulent means.
• Creating or using multiple accounts.
• Using another person's account, or selling or transferring an account.
• Playing games or placing bets through software, bots, scripts, or automated systems.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other cybercrime.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users or staff.

fbc88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If these Terms are violated.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• If KYC verification documents are not submitted within the required timeframe.
• At the user's own request (if the user wishes to close their account).
• If self-exclusion is activated for responsible gaming reasons.

If a user wishes to close their account, they may contact the support team. Before the account is closed, the opportunity to withdraw any verified balance (not bonuses) will be given, provided withdrawal eligibility conditions are met.

• Losses resulting from a user's own negligence or unauthorised use of their account by a third party.
